The City of Salon (hereinafter the contracting authority / purchaser) invites tenders for the publication of the city's announcements in newspapers in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The contract period for the procurement is 1.1.2027-31.12.2028. In addition, the purchaser reserves the right to two optional years of one year each for the years 2029 and 2030. By option is meant the continuation of the procurement under the original terms. The purchaser decides on the use and duration of the options separately. The subject of the procurement is the publication in newspapers of various announcements, notices, and marketing materials from all service areas of the city. Official announcements, notices, and other announcements include, for example, matters to be announced in the Land Use and Building Act, Environmental Protection Act and Decree, Election Act, and Waste Act. In addition to the city's official announcements, other announcements of the city, such as announcements related to events and leisure time as well as advertisements, are also published. The announcements of the City of Salon are published in the general information network in the manner prescribed in Section 108 of the Municipal Act and, if special legislation so requires, on the city's official announcement board. To ensure the fair dissemination of information to residents, municipal announcements are also published in newspapers circulating in the area at the discretion of the city, in addition to the public information network. The City of Salon reserves the right to use other newspapers for the publication of its announcements if it is appropriate for the matter to be announced. For example, announcements of vacancies and positions may also be published in other newspapers at the discretion of the city.
