Czechia – Special medical building construction work – Rehabilitační ústav Brandýs nad Orlicí, výstavba nové budovy, KRANIOPROGRAM

The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a new building for the Kranioprogram, which will connect to the existing "Parkpavilon" building with a new corridor. It will also include new physiotherapy gyms and administrative space. The basement of the new building will house underground parking for patients and employees, as well as spaces for backup power supply. Furthermore, the subject of the public procurement is the reconstruction of the historical part of the building for the use of freed-up spaces after operations are moved to the new Kranioprogram building, increasing the capacity of facilities for staff, modernizing operational spaces, and making structural changes necessary for the communication connection of both buildings. The changes in the existing buildings will also include an expansion of accommodation capacities for clients.
