The consultation concerns the following services: DESIGN AND WORKS FOR THE RESTORATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE ROYAL ABBEY OF SAINT MAXIMIN LA SAINTE BAUME AND CREATION OF A CULTURAL POLE INCLUDING THE MEDIEVAL HISTORY MUSEUM OF PROVENCE. The service is funded by the departmental budget. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is 36,782,000.00 euros, excluding tax (April 2026 value). The contract is awarded under a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article L. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R. 2142-21 of the CCP, the contracting authority prohibits candidates from submitting multiple tenders for the contract by acting simultaneously: 1/ as individual candidates and as a member of one or more groups, 2/ as a member of several groups. This prohibition applies to the lead architect, his or her co-contracting architect(s) and the scenographer. Legal form of the group: In the event of a group, the contracting authority will require, after award, a joint group (with a solidary lead). The group's lead will necessarily be an architect qualified under Article R 621-28 of the Heritage Code. INSERTION ACTION. In accordance with Articles L. 2112-2 and R. 2111-10 of the CCP, the contract includes social characteristics (see annex to this regulation): it is the subject of an employment insertion action in accordance with the provisions of the Special Administrative Clauses. A bid that does not meet this condition will be declared irregular for non-compliance with the specification.
