Poland – Software package and information systems – System wykrywania anomalii w ruchu SMTP w oparciu o Self-Learning AI

1. Contract Title: Anomaly Detection System in SMTP Traffic based on Self-Learning AI. 2. The subject of the contract is: 2.1. The execution of the Technical Project by the Contractor, with the transfer of the Contractor's intellectual property rights to the Technical Project and related rights; 2.2. The delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority's Location, at the Contractor's own cost and risk, of the Equipment (which remains the property of the Manufacturer for the entire duration of the Contract) necessary for the correct start-up and operation of the System, the delivery of the Software (which remains the property of the Manufacturer for the entire duration of the Contract), the detailed terms of the Software License (as defined by the Software Manufacturer) along with documents confirming the granting of the Software License to the Contracting Authority, and the delivery of confirmation that the Manufacturer will provide the Contracting Authority with Manufacturer's Technical Support and the Contractor's guarantee of the Contracting Authority's use of the Equipment with the installed Software and the necessary Software Licenses; 2.3. The Contractor's guarantee of the Manufacturer's provision of Manufacturer's Technical Support for the System; 2.4. The execution by the Contractor of installation and deployment services, including integration with the DarkTrace System and preparation of acceptance test reports, as well as the transfer of intellectual property rights to the report and related rights; 2.5. The execution by the Contractor of Post-Contract Documentation with the transfer of intellectual property rights to the Post-Contract Documentation and related rights; 2.6. The conduction by the Contractor of training workshops for a maximum of 8 System administrators and the transfer of intellectual property rights and related rights to the works in the scope of the training materials; 2.7. The provision by the Contractor of maintenance services; 2.8. After the expiry of the period of provision of maintenance services by the Contractor, the Contractor, at the Contractor's own cost and risk, shall carry out the dismantling of the Equipment with the installed Software and its removal from the Contracting Authority's Location (from the place where the Equipment is located); 2.9. The Contractor's provision to the Contracting Authority of a warranty for the installation and deployment services of the System, covering the supplied Equipment and Software. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract, are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 5 to the Contract Specification. * Terms used in capital letters have been defined in the Draft Contract Terms, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
