The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of new, unused computer equipment for the organisational units of the University of Rzeszów. The contract has been divided into 5 parts (5 tasks): Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Medicine. Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of desktop computer sets, laptops, monitors and multifunctional devices for the Podkarpackie Academic Sports Centre, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a laptop for the Faculty of Health and Psychology. Task No. 4: Sale and delivery of a laptop for the Faculty of Medicine. Task No. 5: Sale and delivery of a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Medicine. 2. A detailed description and the method of contract implementation is contained in the Subject of Contract Description (SOC), which is Annex No. 3 to the Contract Notice. 3. The contracting authority intends to apply the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Act. 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the proceedings if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a tender. 6. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a guarantee of proper contract performance. 7.
