The single-bidder framework agreement with maximum is awarded under the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Initial duration of the framework agreement: 10 calendar months Renewal period: 1 time 10 calendar months Maximum amount per lot and per period: Lot 1: 55 000,00 euros excl. VAT Lot 2: 8 000,00 euros excl. VAT
