The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment and apparatus as part of the project: "Purchase of Medical Equipment and Equipment as part of the Grant Project Accessibility Plus for AOS in ZOZ in Brodnica" along with equipment, delivery, installation, commissioning, training of the Contracting Authority's personnel and integration with the PACS system (if applicable) within the scope of: 1) Package No. 1 - USG apparatus with three probes for the Gynaecological and Obstetric Outpatient Clinic 2) Package No. 2 - USG apparatus with two probes for the Orthopaedic and Trauma Outpatient Clinic 3) Package No. 3 – Medical equipment: a) Sphygmomanometer with various cuff sizes (12 units), b) Gynaecological chair with adjustable height (1 unit) c) Urological chair with height adjustment (1 unit) d) Chair for taking blood with adjustable height (1 unit) e) Pediatric examination table (1 unit) f) Vein scanner (1 unit) g) Wheelchair scale (1 unit) h) Body composition analyzer (1 unit) g) Wheelchair (5 units) h) Bariatric patient trolley (3 units), i) Lifter (1 unit) j) So-called slide material (1 unit) k) Tablet with a program for alternative communication (1 unit)
