Germany – Construction project management services – Projektsteuerungsleistungen| Programm „Personenbahnhöfe Sachsen-Anhalt“ im Rahmen der NASA-RV

The services to be procured include programme management for the “Sachsen-Anhalt Railway Stations” programme within the framework of the NASA Framework Agreement. The subject of the procurement is the overall coordination, management and monitoring of a portfolio of measures. This includes in particular the programme-wide consolidation and evaluation of schedule, cost and quality information, programme-related reporting, interface and risk management, as well as support to the contracting authority in strategic and operational management tasks. The services relate exclusively to the programme management of the overall programme and not to the independent project management or project leadership of individual infrastructure measures. Responsibility for the management of individual projects remains with the respective project managers of the contracting authority.
