France – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Prestations de blanchissage du linge de vêtements professionnels, de produits textiles pour les services municipaux et du linge de crèches de la Ville de Puteaux

The contract concerns the provision of laundry services for professional clothing, textile products for municipal services and nursery linen for the City of Puteaux. The consultation is divided into 2 lots, which are the subject of separate contracts:

- Lot 1: Laundry of professional clothing and textile products for municipal services (excluding nursery linen);

- Lot 2: Laundry of nursery linen for the City.

For Lot 1: In accordance with Article L2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code, Lot 1 is reserved for sheltered workshops as defined in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, for supported employment establishments and services as defined in Article L. 344-2 of the Social and Family Action Code and for equivalent structures, employing at least 50% of disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their disabilities, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions. You may submit a tender for one, several or all of the lots.
