France – Digital mapping services – Photogrammétrie pour réalisation de Récostar

The contract concerns the supply of a georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry solution to carry out the inventory of public electricity distribution works for the Lorraine Regional Directorate. The inventory produced must enable a cartographic update in the company's asset information systems. The associated process, divided into two parts, is as follows:

1. Acquisition Part: provision, in the form of monthly rental, of the equipment necessary for the acquisition of high-precision geographic data on site, via georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry.

2. Monitoring and Processing Tool Part: this involves the provision of a web platform enabling photogrammetric calculations, the vectorization of works from the 3D point cloud and its export to the defined formats. The Lorraine Regional Directorate wishes to use this technology for connection works (individual branches of less than 36 kVA).
