The subject of the contract is to set up a Bureau des Méthodes Office Services Centre for CNR. In a context of strengthening the management of external resources, CNR wishes to improve the steering and compliance of its outsourced services. To this end, it envisages the establishment of a shared services centre grouping external resources, in order to provide continuous and structured assistance to internal teams, according to the needs of the service, for:

* the management, development and updating of electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings,

* the production and management of project documentation.
