The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated in households and from owners of properties where no residents live, but municipal waste is generated in the area of the Municipality of Gaszowice (hereinafter: the Municipality), with the exception of waste related to the conduct of business activities. The subject of the contract includes both inhabited and uninhabited properties specified in the appendix to the SWZ.
