Czechia – Repair and maintenance services of military vehicles – Pojízdná dílna - nálezové opravy

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter "PC") is the provision of a service to ensure the full functionality, safety, operability and operational reliability of T-815 PDZ-2A/2AM vehicles, including their groups, subgroups and component assemblies, and to maximise the reduction in the downtime of the subject technology and material deployed on the territory of the Czech Republic. Based on the tender procedure, in accordance with the tender conditions and the bid of the selected supplier, a framework agreement will be concluded under Section 131 of the Public Procurement Act with one participant in the tender procedure, which will define the conditions on the basis of which subsequent individual sub-public contracts for the provision of the service will be awarded according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
