In the context of implementing a heat network and a central boiler room consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers for backup/top-up, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the geothermal wells (Jurassic aquifer). A 2.3 km geothermal network will connect the 8 wells (4 for pumping and 4 for reinjection) with a depth of less than 200 m and a unit flow rate capacity of 125 m3/h. The present consultation only concerns the design work related to the implementation of the wells and technical studies. Considering the above, the contracting authority, DALKIA, wishes to entrust the technical design mission to the successful tenderer. The mission includes the detailed design (APD), project studies (PRO), tendering of contractors (DCE + ACT), validation of completed works (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET-OPC) and Pre-operational Works (OPR-AOR) phases. The sizing elements set out above are provisional; the final elements will be indicated in the consultation documents for the offer phase. The services are divided into a firm section and one or more optional sections, which will be defined in the DCE OFFER.
