A system is required that is agile and flexible for the acquisition of various spare parts for cleaning vehicles, as this is a service that cannot be interrupted due to delays in repairing the vehicles. The department proposing the contract considers it necessary to process and formalise the corresponding file, in accordance with the LCSP, due to the lack of availability of the means that are intended to be contracted. To this end, this contract will allow for an adequate number of materials to be available to address the needs set out in the table "Contract Object". In view of the above, in compliance with the provisions of Article 28 of the LCSP, it is noted that the suitability and content of the projected contract to meet the described needs, it is therefore appropriate to process the corresponding contract file.
