Romania – Antineoplastic and immunomodulating agents – Acord cadru medicamente oncologice 16 LOTURI

Framework agreement for oncology medicines, in accordance with the terms of the tender dossier. The framework agreements will come into force from the date mentioned for each lot in the additional information section. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate this CONTRACT, with a 5 working days' prior notice, if the Ministry of National Defence or any other institution has centralised the procurement of the products proposed to be acquired in this procedure for UM 02175 Constanța (Military Emergency Hospital "Dr. Alexandru Gafencu" Constanța). The parties will settle their reciprocal obligations arising up to that date. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification/information within 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP.
