The task includes the design and execution of a 4-storey building, where the ground floor is used for a medical clinic, and the remaining floors constitute a residential building. The client wishes the building to comply with the low-emission class in relation to BR18's requirements for CO2 emissions, and that DGNB Gold Certification (2023 manual) is achieved. In this regard, the client has obtained a number of concrete slabs from another building. The client wishes that, if possible, these slabs are included in the construction of the present task. The task is expected to be completed using a project development model based on ABT 18 and APP 18.
