Bulgaria – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – „Специализиран превоз за деца в задължителна предучилищна възраст и ученици на територията на община Крумовград по утвърдени маршрутни разписания“ по обособени позиции: № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 и 12

The subject of the contract is to provide specialized transportation for children of compulsory pre-school age and pupils in the territory of Krumovgrad Municipality in various directions, subject to the relevant separate position, in accordance with approved timetables. The separate positions and the total maximum daily mileage, school days and necessary vehicles included therein are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the present documentation. Given the specifics of the public procurement, the specified kilometers are maximum and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to cover them in full. Depending on the number of populated places with children of compulsory pre-school age and pupils, the Contractor reserves the right to change the daily mileage, without exceeding the announced total maximum daily mileage. The number of seats in the necessary vehicles are in line with the number of travelling children and pupils and the terrain along the route. In accordance with Article 48, Paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, full information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the "Technical Specification", an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
