Czechia – Construction work for swimming pool – Výstavba nového aquacentra v Českém Krumlově - Design&Build

The subject of this public contract is: 1. the performance of design and engineering activities consisting of: 1.1 the preparation of project documentation at the stage for building permit 1.2 the securing of the issuance of a legally binding building permit, including the incorporation of the conditions of the received decision into the documentation attached to the application for the issuance of a building permit; the conduct of administrative proceedings on the application for the issuance of a building permit and further the securing of the issuance and legal effect of the building permit 1.3 the preparation of project documentation at the stage for the execution of construction work and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a measurement record 1.4 the performance of the function of the "Safety and Health Coordinator" in the construction preparation phase, including the processing of the relevant documentation, i.e. the preparation of the safety and health plan 1.5 the preparation of a valued list of construction works, supplies and services with a measurement record 1.6 the preparation of a geodetic survey of the affected area for the future construction site and its surroundings 1.7 the preparation of the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual execution of the construction (building passport documentation) or the geodetic base for the management of the Digital Technical Map of the South Bohemian Region 1.8 the securing of all necessary engineering activities and surveys, including the securing of radon survey and the determination of the radon index of the land 1.9 the preparation of an energy audit in accordance with the "Energy Management Act" 1.10 the preparation of a proof of the energy performance of the building in accordance with the "Energy Management Act" 1.11 the preparation of the building passport documentation 1.12 the preparation of operating regulations 1.13 the obtaining of documents for test operation and proper commissioning of the work 1.14 the securing of the design and implementation of the building object consisting of the adjustment of the transport connection of the intention to the road I/39 (Chvalšinská Street) and the local communication (Fialková Street), including the securing of all related design and engineering activities, negotiations with the affected authorities, processing of the relevant stages of project documentation and securing the issuance of a legally binding commissioning decision for this building object 1.15 the securing of the commissioning of the building, including the issuance of a legally binding commissioning decision 2. the construction of a new aquacentre in the town of Český Krumlov (new indoor pool, new summer swimming area, toboggan attractions, sauna world, multipurpose training hall, massage, rehabilitation, refreshments, changing rooms, visitor and employee facilities and other operating spaces, etc.) 3. the securing of professional photographic documentation of the construction 5. the training of the contractor's and operator's personnel for operation and maintenance 6. any further work, supplies and services arising from the tender documentation. The contractor, to exclude any doubts and to prevent possible queries aimed at explaining the tender documentation, expressly points out that this public contract is awarded in the form of DESIGN & BUILD (i.e. design and build), i.e. the contractor sets the technical conditions for the performance of the work by determining the parameters expressing the requirements for performance or function (see Section 92(2) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement).
