The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 6 new single-unit electric city buses. 2. The place of performance of the contract is the seat of the Contracting Authority. 3. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of it. 4. The subject of the contract will be delivered and installed at the cost, risk, and transport of the Contractor. 5. The conditions for the performance of the Contract are also set out in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 9 to the SWZ.
