Extension and renovation of the Kreishaus in Ratzeburg. Extension building as a new construction with 4 full storeys + attic storey and approx. 6,200 m² gross floor area. Of this, approx. 1,000 m² gross floor area is underground parking. Execution in solid construction using reinforced concrete with facing brickwork facade. Windows as wood-aluminium windows, PR facades as aluminium facades. Roofs as flat roofs with extensive greening. Connection to the existing structure in the area of the underground car park and as "bridges" on the 1st and 2nd floors. Complete renovation of the listed existing building from 1980 with 2 basement floors, 2-3 full storeys + attic, approx. 21,350 m² gross floor area. Of this, approx. 6,000 m² is underground parking. Solid construction using reinforced concrete with facing brickwork facade. Windows and PR facades made of aluminium. Wooden roof truss as a hipped roof with clay tile covering.
