Czechia – Rolling stock – Dodání bateriových železničních jednotek BEMU společnosti GW Train Regio a.s. (Ústecký kraj)

The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 23 units of BEMU rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") fully operational on railway tracks with a gauge of 1 435 mm on the territory of the Czech Republic, including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations that are necessary for the operation and use of the delivered vehicles according to the legislation valid on the date of delivery to the contractor, and which will allow the contractor to operate and use the vehicles properly and without restriction on the territory of the Czech Republic. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of technical documentation related to the vehicles. More detailed information is provided in the tender documentation.
