The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Erythropoietin (ATC: B03XA01 - in the strength up to 10,000 IE per unit dose) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". With the specification of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or joining of a rebate contract according to § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed and signed the requested participation documents in full.
