The procurement covers the supply of flowers, cut flowers, flower arrangements, potted plants, plants, seeds, seedlings and similar goods during the contract period. The products may be ordered for, for example, celebrations for birthdays, retirements, farewells and condolences, as well as for use in the Procuring Entity's operations. The Procuring Entity intends to conclude agreements with several suppliers within each tender lot to ensure good geographical coverage, availability and choice for the purchasers. Purchasing will be carried out based on the current need and may therefore be made from the supplier who is deemed most suitable for the individual purchase with regard to, for example, assortment, availability, delivery conditions and other circumstances relevant to the assignment. The procurement consists of two (2) tender lots. Tenderers may choose to submit a tender for one (1) or both (2) tender lots. There is no requirement to submit a tender for all tender lots.

1. Bouquets, cut flowers, potted plants. The supplier shall offer delivery of bouquets, cut flowers, potted plants and flower arrangements. The supplier shall have a wide range of flower bouquets and flower arrangements in varying designs, intended for celebrations for, for example, birthdays, retirements, farewells, condolences and similar occasions.

2. Seeds and small outdoor plants. The supplier shall have a wide range of seeds, planting soil, potted plants of a simpler nature (not exclusive florist products), artificial plants and small outdoor plants such as bulbs and perennials, and similar goods throughout the contract period. Products within this contract area may in some cases also be found within other agreements that the purchaser has concluded. The purchaser reserves the right to purchase from the agreement that is deemed most suitable for the current need.
