Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – EA Bouwkundig onderhoud

We invite you to submit a registration for the contract for the structural maintenance of the various buildings of the University Utrecht, on the Utrecht Science Park (USP), International Campus Utrecht (ICU) and in the city centre of Utrecht. We estimate the average value of the corrective maintenance at €450,000,- excl. VAT per year. The expected value of the preventive maintenance is €60,000,- excl. VAT per year. No rights can be derived from these estimates.
