Description

Creation of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is the performance of technical inspection, investment management, design control, and project management tasks. The Invitation to Tender does not provide the possibility of submitting a partial tender in the participation phase of the DBR, as the Invitation to Tender wishes to create a DBR. Due to the technical design of the EKR, the Invitation to Tender is obliged to record the individual categories in this invitation separately for each partial tender, however, it draws the attention of the economic operators to the fact that the "part" defined in this invitation refers to the individual categories of the DBR. 1. Category: Tasks related to construction works directly affected by or ensuring air traffic; 2. Category: Tasks related to construction works not directly affected by or ensuring air traffic. The tendering phases within the above categories will be initiated within the DBR. In the context of the given procurement need, those GSZs will be invited to submit a tender who have a valid registration in the given category. The Invitation to Tender reserves the possibility, based on Section 107 (2) of the Kbt., that during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the sending of the invitation to tender, it may determine the possibility of submitting a partial tender in the invitation to tender for the specific procurement need contained therein – depending on the subject and nature of the specific public procurements. We draw the attention of those registering for participation that in the current participation phase of the DBR, the participant registering for participation may not submit a tender in accordance with Section 107 (1) and Section 82 (1) of the Kbt.! All necessary information regarding the operation of the DBR, the electronic tools used, and the technical rules and description of the connection is contained in the Procurement Documents. Every participant registering for participation who meets the suitability requirements will be admitted to the DBR, the number of participants registering for participation who will be invited to submit a tender will not be limited. The detailed description of the DBR is contained in the procurement documentation.
