Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – (25218) 525 Learning Management System – Next Generation

With this tender, the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport VBS, Training Command, is procuring a new Learning Management System - Next Generation as standard software. The new solution is to replace the existing LMS VBS and will be used as a scalable, highly available, and secure platform for the digital training of Swiss Armed Forces personnel and other user groups. The procurement is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the Learning Management System, including conception, migration, introduction, operation, hosting, support, maintenance, and licensing. Lot 2 includes modularly usable authoring tools for the creation, editing, maintenance, and publication of digital learning content such as interactive training, videos, or quizzes. The authoring tools will be procured within the framework of multiple awards and called off using a mini-tender procedure.
