The contract is a fixed quantity contract. The contract commences on the date of notification; unless otherwise specified in the contract, the effective date is set for 10 October 2026 (the day after the expiry date of the current licences) for an initial period of 12 months. The contract may be tacitly renewed 1 time for a second period of 12 months.
