France – Accommodation cleaning services – Accord cadre de services HYGIENE DES PARTIES COMMUNES ET NETTOYAGE DES LOGEMENTS VACANTS SUR LE PATRIMOINE GERE PAR GRANDLYON HABITAT

This consultation concerns the maintenance and cleaning of vacant housing, the cleaning of common areas, both interior and exterior, including the management of household waste, across the entire portfolio of GrandLyon Habitat. The present contract constitutes:

- A multi-provider framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.

- This framework agreement sets out the contractual terms firmly and will be executed as needed by the issuance of purchase orders according to the modalities defined in this framework agreement. The aforementioned services are the subject of a single lot. The framework agreement takes effect from 1 February 2027 for a firm period of two (2) years. It may be renewed once for two (2) years, for a maximum duration of four (4) years. It is awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax for the firm period of two (2) years. In the event of renewal, the minimum/maximum amounts will also be renewed for a new period of two (2) years.
