This award procedure aims to conclude a supply contract for the product "Autospecială pentru extinderea infrastructurii de comunicații - FRB". The deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/ additional information: 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications: 25. Clarification requests related to the award documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section from the details of the ongoing award procedure.

ATTENTION!!! To ensure the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting clarification requests and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the “Questions” section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority!
