The purpose of this tender is to select and contract one supplier to deliver and implement a future-proof, secure and user-friendly application that supports the entire administrative decision-making process for the College and Council of the municipality. The solution must comply with legal frameworks (such as the GDPR, Archives Act, Municipalities Act and WOO) and the wishes of the various user groups. The system must contribute to transparency, timeliness, completeness and efficiency in administrative decision-making. The solution also supports livestreaming and on-demand provision of council meetings and offers functionality for digital voting and reporting of the College meetings in accordance with the applicable archiving and accessibility standards.
