The Authority entrusts the Manager with the operation and maintenance of the public service for reception and outdoor leisure and tourism (hereinafter "the Public Service AHPAL"). The operation of the facility includes, in particular, its promotion, marketing, management, and animation. The Manager undertakes to ensure the smooth operation, continuity, quality, and good organisation of the service for users. The Manager will continue to operate the service at their own risk and expense. They are authorised to charge users a price set out in the conditions provided in chapter 6. The Manager must, in particular, assume responsibility for and fully operate the Public Service AHPAL at their own risk and expense, - the administrative and financial management of the Public Service AHPAL - compliance with applicable regulations; - the implementation of ticketing (entry tickets, subscription cards, etc.) ; - the collection of revenue from users; - the reception of the public, the promotion of the service, information for users, the marketing and development of the Public Service AHPAL in all its dimensions; - the safety of the facilities and users; - compliance with hygiene and safety standards and all necessary regulatory technical checks; - the perfect cleanliness of the works, facilities and assets entrusted; - the implementation of an operating approach aimed at reducing fluid and energy consumption and the use of eco-friendly consumables; - the maintenance, upkeep and renewal of the works, equipment, facilities and assets entrusted in accordance with the methods and the distribution between the Authority and the Manager provided for in this contract; - an overall quality of service in all the missions for which the Manager will report to the Authority; - close communication with the Authority; - the provision of activity reports. The Authority retains the direction and control of the service.
