2M-IT Oy acts as an in-house company for its owner-customers, providing comprehensive services related to financial, personnel, and general administration systems. These services consist of various types of service components, which 2M-IT produces itself or procures from its subcontractors as part of these comprehensive services. Service components include, for example, licenses and expert services from information system providers; IT services, which cover, for example, telecommunications connections and related services, as well as machine room and capacity services. Additionally, the components include various development projects and testing, as well as maintenance support services, which can consist of, for example, first-level support, provided by 2M-IT's service desk, and possible second-level application support. System providers produce the application support portion required for these maintenance support services. It is also possible to purchase the entire package as a service provider's SaaS service. The services offered by 2M-IT Oy to its customers consist of combining existing solutions and new solutions and shaping them into unified system packages, producing the aforementioned service components, and providing expert services that are essential to these packages, or completely new services related to financial, personnel, and general administration systems. 2M-IT's task as an in-house company is to develop the services it offers to its owner-customers. During the validity period of the dynamic purchasing system (”DPS”), the aim is to create regionally more unified comprehensive services that enable unified and modern, automated services in the fields of finance, personnel, and general administration throughout the entire well-being area. Implementations can streamline, enhance, and develop processes and operations. Based on the procurements made within this DPS, 2M-IT can procure licenses and other related services for financial, personnel, and general administration systems (e.g. implementation projects and services produced during development), as well as expert services, excluding comprehensive units related to basic IT and telecommunications. With the help of procurements made within this DPS, the necessary subcontractor competitions can be carried out to compile the various regional service packages. The geographical areas, 2M-IT's customers, and other necessary factors will be identified more specifically in the procurements made within the DPS. The subject of a procurement made within the DPS can be licenses and/or services and/or expert services related to financial, personnel, and general administration systems, or packages formed from licenses, services, and expert services.
