The Services are broken down into: A fixed and lump-sum portion including: - Functional and technical expertise of the Contractor, - User support, - Corrective maintenance, technical incidents, - Corrective regulatory maintenance, support and training, - Management and oversight of the services (fixed and lump-sum), An estimated portion including: - Partial user training (Unit Price Schedule, UPS), - Complete user training (UPS), - Related services upon prior quotation, - Supply of materials and consumables upon prior quotation.
