Poland – Gas-analysis apparatus – Dostawa analizatora do pomiaru stężenia izotopów i gazów na potrzeby Wydziału Chemicznego Politechniki Łódzkiej

The subject of the contract is the supply of an analyser for measuring isotope and gas concentrations for the needs of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Lodz University of Technology.

In particular, the Contractor will be obliged to:

1) supply an analyser for measuring isotope and gas concentrations, i.e. a complete, factory-new laboratory system for the automatic analysis of the isotopic composition of carbon δ¹³C in carbon dioxide resulting from the complete combustion of solid and liquid samples, with the possibility of direct, continuous measurements of δ¹³C-CO₂ and concentrations of CO₂, CH₄ and H₂O in gas samples (including in particular loading, transport, delivery, unloading, installation, connection to the laboratory installation in the indicated place) to the laboratory located in the building of the Faculty of Chemistry,

2) assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment in the laboratory immediately after delivery and verification of its correct operation to achieve the required parameters,

3) conduct training for the employees of the Contracting Authority who are the users in the field of proper operation of the equipment and maintenance. The training will take place immediately after the installation and commissioning of the equipment on a working day,

4) provide a warranty and quality guarantee of the Contract Subject for the period specified in the submitted offer,

5) maintenance of the supplied Contract Subject for the period specified in the contract,

6) performance of warranty service during the warranty period, including the provision of technical assistance.

The Contract Subject must be executed in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs.

The detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the execution of the Contract Subject are contained in the Description of the Contract Subject, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the "DCS"), all annexes to the DCS are an integral part of it, as well as the intended provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
