France – Engineering services – Accord-cadre à marchés subséquents de maîtrise d'oeuvre de travaux bâtimentaires sur le réseau d'eau potable

This framework agreement concerns design services for new construction works for any production facility, including: - Intake points, - Alert stations, - Treatment facilities, - Lifting and storage structures, - Pumping stations, - Storage and pressure-boosting reservoirs, - Network dechlorination/rechlorination units, etc. The scope of the works will be adapted to the characteristics of each operation and may include: - Civil engineering, building and public utility works, namely: o Works and interventions on the external envelope (façades, walls, roofs…), o The load-bearing structure (including its foundation system), o Building services and associated equipment, o Internal and roof waterproofing, internal layout (partitioning, compartmentalisation…), o External layout (roads, green spaces, fences and gates…) and all associated constraints. - Equipment and devices integrated into the operation and the building itself of the facility, necessary for the functionalities and requirements of the drinking water service and industrial premises, namely: o Hydraulic works, o Electromechanical works, o Chemical engineering, o Instrumentation, o Industrial electricity, o Automation and industrial IT, o Safety, o Handling, o And all associated constraints. The facilities may be located throughout the contracting authority's territory. The duration of the works is relatively variable and depends on the specific phasing of each project (from one year to several years). The execution schedules are strongly conditioned by the interactions with operational constraints and between the operations themselves, which may impact the operation of the facilities. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out certain sites with an internal design service.
