As part of the overall project Neue Mitte Tempelhof, the new construction of the Polizeidirektion 4, Abschnitt 44, at Götzstraße 36, 12099 Berlin, is to be carried out. For this purpose, general planning services are to be awarded, which include the following services: Building Design (Gebäude) (§§ 33 ff. HOAI), Landscape Design (Freianlagen) (§§ 38 ff. HOAI), Structural Design (Tragwerksplanung) (§§ 49 ff. HOAI), Technical Equipment Design (Technische Ausrüstung) (§§ 53 ff. HOAI), as well as additional consulting services for site clearance, fire protection, building physics and BNB coordination. A general contractor (GU) award is being sought, so that in particular the performance phases 1 to 5, which are to be called up in stages, are the subject of the award. In addition, if necessary, optional special services from the further performance phases, e.g. creation of a functional performance description and artistic supervision in the LP 8, are also included.
