Romania – Tanks, reservoirs, containers and pressure vessels – Furnizare „ Echipamente criogenice medicale si modernizare/ refacere platforme aferente” în cadrul proiectului ”Proiect tip B - Modernizarea, reabilitarea si extinderea sistemelor pentru securitatea la incendiu si a instalatiei de aprovizionare cu azot lichid in cadrul Institutului Clinic Fundeni (cod SMIS 336528)” finanțat prin Programul PNIUS

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical cryogenic equipment (liquid medical oxygen and nitrogen storage, biological material preservation tanks, room monitoring and safety systems, mobile cryogenic vessels) and the execution of ancillary works for the modernization/renovation of the installation platforms, including transport, installation, commissioning, testing, obtaining the operating authorization issued by CNCIR, staff training and corrective maintenance during the warranty period, in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 (eighteen) days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification and/or additional information by the 11th (eleventh) day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The above deadlines have been set so that economic operators can benefit from the 10 days provided for in Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 between the date of transmission of the response to the contracting authority and the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification is transmitted exclusively in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub), in the Questions section within the award procedure. Responses are published in SEAP, in the "Documentation, clarifications and decisions" section within the participation notice. The contracting authority will not consider requests submitted by any other means of communication.
