Romania – Cleaning services – Servicii de curatenie si intretinere spatii verzi pentru sediile administrative si de exploatare

The procurement of „Cleaning and maintenance services for green spaces for administrative and operational headquarters” belonging to the aforementioned PPC companies, taking into account the legal provisions in force, in a centralized and efficient manner and consist of: - general cleaning services in headquarters; - cleaning services for alleys, access roads, courtyards, parking lots, green spaces related to headquarters; - washing of carpets/ upholstery; - washing of blinds; - washing of curtain walls; - on-demand services; - post-construction cleaning services; - snow removal services; - maintenance of green spaces; - supply of sanitary-hygienic materials; - supply of other cleaning materials on demand and specific products for green spaces. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173 para. (1) of Law 99/2016, with subsequent amendments. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of participation requests/offers: 19 days. Any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be requested in the SAP ARIBA Procurement System. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be published in SEAP.
