Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Go4Wohnen - Erftstadt "Wohnen am Campus" - Verkehrsgutachten

This procurement procedure is to commission a competent traffic planning and engineering firm to produce a traffic impact assessment to accompany the "Wohnen am Campus" land-use planning procedure in Erftstadt-Liblar. The traffic impact assessment will provide early specialist support for the land-use planning process and is to be submitted as a relevant expert report for consideration. The aim is to clearly determine, assess, and demonstrate the performance of the traffic impacts of the planned "Wohnen am Campus" neighbourhood development in Erftstadt-Liblar on the existing and planned traffic network. The access structure provided in the master plan is to be examined from a traffic planning perspective and, if necessary, optimised.
