The subject of the contract is the management of the bulky waste generated as a result of the catastrophic floods in Sept. 2023 (Daniel) within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Trikala and the transfer of the residue, with the processing of these (crushing), from the temporary storage area (in the SMA Trikala area), to the licensed special area (CHYTA) Trikala. The collection points of the bulky waste have been determined by the competent authority of the Municipality in municipal public areas within or outside the plan throughout the Municipality. The work includes the collection and processing of the bulky waste, with the aim of transforming through processing (shredding) into material suitable for disposal, in order to reduce the volume-space they occupy in the CHYTA and consequently to increase its lifespan.
