The subject of the procurement is the year-round ferry service on the Archipelago Sea. The service must be produced in accordance with the contract documents. The production of the ferry service at the ferry points will be started in stages. The ferry points included in the contract are: Hämmärönsalmi, Högsar, Högsåra, Keistiö, Kokkila, Kivimo, Mossala, Palva, Saverkeit, Skagen, Vartsala, Velkuanmaa, Våno. The service includes, among other things, the procurement of ferries and shore equipment needed for traffic, the daily management of traffic in accordance with the defined service level, customer service, and the maintenance of state-owned ferry landings. The service provider is responsible for the implementation of the service in accordance with the quality responsibility principle.
