Open procedure with accelerated schedule (Article R2123-1 3° - Social services and other specific services - Public Procurement Code). The contract is structured in two distinct lots to cover all pedagogical modalities: Lot No. 1: Synchronous training - framework agreement with purchase orders - minimum amount 50,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) - maximum amount 200,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) Lot No. 2: Asynchronous training - framework agreement with purchase orders - minimum amount 50,000.00 euros (excl.
