The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a service contract for the comprehensive operation and marketing of holiday apartments at selected ÖBB railway stations. The operator shall not only take over the ongoing operational management, but also provide advisory support in the planning and equipment phase to ensure a high-quality, target group-oriented offer.
