Procurement contract: "Fuel Tanker Trucks Procurement". 1. Part: 10 m³ 3-axle fuel tanker vehicles - Product purpose: Transportation of fuel (kerosene: UN 1223) to the MH air squadrons and refuelling of the registered aircraft. - The vehicles to be procured must comply with the provisions of the 5/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the examination of road vehicles and the 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the placing and keeping of road vehicles in circulation. - The vehicle must be classified in the "N3 vehicle category": trucks and tractors with a maximum permissible total weight of more than 12 t. - The vehicles to be procured must be suitable for road traffic without restriction, and their use in road traffic must be possible without a special permit. 2. Part: 37 m³ road fuel tanker semi-trailer with tractor unit - Product purpose: Transportation of fuel (kerosene: UN 1223) to the MH air squadrons and refuelling of the registered aircraft. - The vehicle to be procured must comply with the provisions of the 5/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the examination of road vehicles and the 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM decree on the placing and keeping of road vehicles in circulation. - The vehicle must be classified in the "N3 vehicle category": trucks and tractors with a maximum permissible total weight of more than 12 t. - The vehicle to be procured must be suitable for road traffic without restriction. If a permit is required for its use in road traffic, the Seller is responsible for obtaining the permit. (Annual or period permits are acceptable, for example, an annual route permit.) The detailed technical parameters are contained in the technical specifications. The Winning Bidder (Nyertes AT) is obliged to carry out the annual or kilometre-based servicing (maintenance) of the vehicles (truck and superstructure) during the warranty period. For each lot, the Winning Bidder (Nyertes AT) is obliged to hold one training session for up to 10 designated drivers/operators and maintenance personnel.
