Creation of a dynamic procurement system for the procurement of bus parts in the following 3 categories for the entire duration of the system (72 months) with a planned net value of 60,000,000,000 forints. Due to the number of parts, their variety, and their significantly different values, the number of parts to be procured cannot be determined at this stage of the procedure. The planned value relates to the total value of all procurements to be implemented within the dynamic procurement system, regardless of category, so the contracting authority does not wish to determine the share of each category from the total value at this stage of the procedure, but will examine the implementation of the procedures planned in the system based on the total value of all procurements implemented in each category. 1. Category: Quality Category 2. Category: Durability Category 3. Category: Availability Category The categories were determined based on the separation of evaluation criteria, taking into account that the contracting authority will only accept parts that meet the requirements of passenger safety and operational safety in all procurements, but the categories were determined based on the objective point of view that in the case of individual part types or contingents, the contracting authority considers it important to emphasize different additional criteria among parts that meet the technical minimum requirements. Taking into account that bus parts are of many kinds and are related to each other to varying degrees, and also influence operational and passenger safety to varying degrees, in the case of some parts, there is a greater interest in the quality categories, while in the case of other parts, the quality of the available parts is, from the contracting authority's point of view, close to each other, so in these cases, the longer usable period, or the durability category, carries more added value, and there are parts where the difference in quality and durability between the different types is of little relevance from the contracting authority's point of view, but the stabilization and balancing of the availability necessary for safe operation is of paramount importance. The contracting authority, among other things, but not exclusively, intends to implement the procurement of the following bus parts within the framework of the subject dynamic procurement system: SCR and exhaust system parts, Transmission parts, Transmission control parts, Tachographs and parts, Driver's seats and parts, ARC, AUTOSAN and SOLARIS branded bus parts, Passenger door pneumatics and parts, Retarder and parts, Brake system parts, Wheel hub parts, Chassis parts, Heating units and parts, Cooling system parts, Cardan shaft and parts, Steering mechanism and power steering pump parts, Air conditioning and ventilation system parts, Fuel system parts, Lighting and signaling devices, Engine parts, Windshields, Windshield wiper and washer system items, Batteries, Wheel rims, Clutch set, clutch mechanism, clutch disc and release bearing, Air springs, air spring rubber elements, Generators and starter motors, Engine coolers, Bus body and bodywork products, Automotive filters, Turbochargers, Rearview mirrors and mounting elements, Igniters and light tubes, Gas springs, Silicone, Nomex hoses and fittings, Electrical instruments, wires and peripherals, etc. The contracting authority may procure any type of part in any category, depending on which evaluation criterion best serves safe public service in a given procurement.
