The task entrusted to the Project Manager comprises the elements listed below and constitutes a "BASE MISSION" within the meaning of Articles R2431-5 and 2431-4 and R2431-24 to R2431-31, and also includes infrastructure works. The additional missions are as follows: OPC Mission / Technical Diagnosis / Dynamic Thermal Simulation / Energy Diagnosis / Thermal Studies / Water Law File / Fire Safety Systems. Planned start of services: October 2026. Planned start of works: April 2028. Total duration of studies: 351 calendar days. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the execution of the works is 2 900 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. The works will be carried out in an unoccupied environment. The main objective is to design a residence offering each inhabitant an autonomous and private accommodation, complemented by collective spaces promoting social interaction, in a secure, accessible and integrated urban setting, allowing for adapted support and a sustainable residential pathway for people living with a mental disability. The contract is awarded on a lump sum basis. Prices are reviewable (according to CCP). The estimated duration of the works (excluding preparation period): 18 months. The 47-month period indicated in this notice is an estimated period and includes the duration of the studies, the award of the works contracts and their execution and the year of completion. Variations from the documents of the present consultation are prohibited. A mandatory visit is scheduled for 08 September 2026 between 09:30 and 12:00.
