The subject of the joint procurement is the leasing of social and healthcare personnel. Based on the joint procurement, the customer can procure temporary work performed by social and healthcare professionals to produce services for the end users. Social and healthcare professionals include, for example, general practitioners, specialists, nurses, healthcare assistants, dentists, dental specialists, dental hygienists, physiotherapists, and care assistants. In addition to the above-mentioned professionals, the customer can also procure temporary work performed by other social and healthcare professionals. The temporary work is performed under the customer's work management and supervision. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, particularly in the annexes "Subject of the Joint Procurement" and "Procurement Conditions". Hansel Oy's customers implement procurements between the candidates approved for the joint procurement through internal tenders within the joint procurement, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the joint procurement. The procurement phase of the joint procurement begins after the establishment phase and ends when the validity period of the joint procurement ends. Procurement agreements may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years.

THE SCOPE OF THE JOINT PROCUREMENT

The estimated total value of the joint procurement is a maximum of 300 000 000 euros (excluding VAT).
