The subject of the order is forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as tourism management and other forestry works, to be carried out on the territory of the Kup Forest District in 2027 and the first quarter of 2028.
