Germany – Lift-maintenance services – Aufzugswartung, Instandsetzung von Aufzügen und Aufzugsnotruf

Service contract for the provision of services for lift maintenance, lift repair and lift emergency call. The contracting authority (AG) is several housing companies. The AG is the owner and lessor of various properties and buildings in Berlin, which are equipped with lift installations. This contract covers maintenance and repair work as well as other services for the lift installations of the AG. The objective of this contract is to maintain or restore the operation of the lift installations in the properties of the AG subject to the contract, to preserve the value of the installations, to prevent operational disruptions and thus to contribute to the satisfaction of the AG's tenants. The AG and the contractor (AN) agree that, within the framework of this contract, they will do everything in their power to achieve this objective. Some of the services to be provided are relevant to operating costs and must therefore comply with the requirements of a proper and timely operating cost statement both in the provision of services and in billing/invoicing. The subject of the tender is a total of approximately 1,000 lift installations.
